When engulfed in emotion, its easy and inevitable to lose perspective on a matter. Our emotions validate our beliefs, but do not always validate reality. This truth is widely neglected and evidenced by the damage left the day after. Refusing to discuss an important topic when your emotional, is the best advice you could take. Emotions and information may change over time, yet people don’t change how they feel about what you've said. Your word is bond, so be careful as to when you speak and what you say when you do, for your character and reliability depend on it.
