"Signs of maturity can be measured by physical growth or an increased respect for authority, but you really arrive at your destination when old habits render contemplation. For doing the same thing and expecting different results, simply results in you doing the same thing. Progress requires a new process."
As we go through life, we go through different experiences that shape our existence, our perspectives, and our behavior. However, if we go through these experiences and never excavate the hidden lessons within them, we will find ourselves unchanged in an adjusting world. We will find ourselves in these ruts and wonder why our efforts to achieve different results have not been successful. The reason we fail to reach these milestones of progression is because we fail to improve internally, yet expect improvements externally. Your change starts within.
